One  production outline

1. Billet: common carbon steel

2. Billet specification: 100*100*3000 

3. Production specification: wire6.5 -8

4. Output: 80,000tons 

 

Two Process program

    It uses billet with the specification of 100×100×3000 for6.5 -8 wire. It uses one 400 bloomer and rolling 5-7 passes, then through the hot crop shearing into the following continuous rolling train. When rolling wire, need300IM rolling and300FM rolling accurately.Then into the 280 rolling.Then through spinning machine, to cooling roller,after cooling then packaging.

 

Three Process flow:

Wire manufacture process: billet—→ heating—→Φ400 bloomer—→ hot crop shear—→300IM unit—→300 FM unit—→280 wire FM unit—→spinning machine—→cooling roller—→packaging and marking —→ measurement—→ storage
